This rental (approximately 2,250sq’) has 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms plus a powder room on the main level. It is located just a short walk to downtown Aspen. There is privacy, comfort, and charm beyond imagination for your holiday get away. The furnishings combine old-world remembrances and modern contemporary. There is a gourmet kitchen with formal dining available for (6+). A large river rock fireplace compliments the living area with charming antiques and collectibles, wood floors, natural light, and the sounds and sights of the river flowing by right outside the back door. The backyard sits on the rivers bend and features a gas grill, lawn furniture, a chairlift seat, and more. All rooms have views of either Aspen Mountain and the river or the mountains. The Master Suite has a King bed, a balcony overlooking the river, En suite bathroom with a large bath tub, a separate shower, and separate toilet. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Iron Bed, en- suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has two XL Twin beds (perfect for kids, or adults) and can be converted to a King by request. Summary: A very nice vacation rental. Everything in the home is up to date and laid out well. Located at the end of a quiet street. It is a bit of a walk to connect a bus, plan accordingly. Ubers are readily available for going out to dinner. Town is also walkable.

Summary: There wasn’t a day that went by, one of us didn’t comment on the location, the house, and the property. Peace and privacy on the property continued through every stroll in to town, with easy access to all our activities/adventures. Beginning and ending every day relaxing on the river with morning coffee and evening cocktails was absolute bliss. We’d love to come back in the winter!

Summary: We’ve stayed at several homes all over the world. I believe this is my favorite. The location was perfect. On a river(I fished every day), and then we could simply walk to town for shopping and dinners. Plenty of space for 6 people and a nice patio by the Roaring Fork.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Aspen! Our home was beautiful with an amazing view. The home was perfectly appointed. Our hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful - making us feel very welcome! We enjoyed activities in Aspen and loved spending time at the house taking in all the beauty. We were sad to leave and will be planning another trip for sure!

Summary: At the end of a little road, very close to Aspen down town, is this beautiful home, with a picture perfect river flowing right outside the living room windows. Fantastic home, located on a quiet street, walking distance to downtown Aspen, close to the market, and everything else Aspen has to offer. We had powder days the whole time we were there. The owners are fantastic - excellent communication before and during our stay. We cannot wait to come back!
